SVG scales to any size. PDF is 4 inches wide with a clear margin built in (taller with a frame).
Drawn in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent to our servers.
SMS codes can't change after you print them.
The number and message are stored in the pattern. If they might change, a free account gives you an editable link to a page you control instead.
Create a free accountWhen someone scans it
The phone opens its messaging app with the number and message filled in. The person taps Send, and can change the message first.
Before you print
- Start the number with + and the country code if people might scan from abroad.
- Keep the message short. The person can add to it before sending.
- Make sure someone reads the replies at that number while the code is on display.
What's in the pattern
The SMSTO format
SMSTO:+15550100100:Table 12 is ready to order
Spaces, dashes and brackets are removed from the number so every phone reads it.
Questions
- Does the message send automatically?
- No. The phone opens a ready-to-send text, and the person taps Send.
- Can I use an international number?
- Yes. Start it with + and the country code. Spaces, dashes and brackets are fine, and we remove them.
- Does it open WhatsApp?
- No, it opens the phone's own messaging app. For WhatsApp, make a link code with your wa.me link instead.
